I would if I were at my apartment Slayer. At my gf's and she doesn't have wireless atm. So I'm tied to the wall on her computer and she doesn't have IRC.

Sorry you are sick cosy. I hope you feel better soon! And I'm sorry to hear about your issues with prescription. I need to have mine transferred closer to me. No reason to be driving 50 minutes to pick it up.

50 min to pick up pills?, in driving mode, that's quite far away indeed. for me it's like 8 minutes away, on feet :P

I wish it were closer but it isn't. So I need to transfer it to the town I'm now living in instead of leaving them in the town I used to live in. oO

thanks everyone....I think my doctor wants to have a bunch more tests run...but seeing as its a holiday I guess I will hear back tomorrow.
Yeah, if you live in a decent sized city in the usa--there should be a drug store (or two or three) that you can get your meds at closer than 50 minutes! (I actually have 2 that I am about in the middle of--and one I use, the other never has what I need--not to mention there is also the grocery store pharmacies as well as the big box stores like target/walmart and then sams/costco as well.....)
so getting a refill shouldnt take hours!

hope everyone who has the extra day off is enjoying it (weather here is nice today too).

Ya there are, I just haven't had the chance to move the prescription to a new store.

Grr, I'm about ready to kill AT&T. The internet keeps crapping out and going really really slow today. I think they were working on the lines around here so I'm hoping that is what is causing the problem... Cause it is annoying to get Timed Out just trying to post a freaking reply. ><

Well that just means you need to find a better area. =) Comcast (yes im saying it. I dont care) is fine if you can get past the customer service.

I've always had good customer service with Comcast, we've been with them for 8 years now

I would have preferred to have Comcast. When I moved here I was under the impression that is who was my service provider. Turns out it was not them but instead Mediacom. Gf has Comcast. I'm waiting for her to get her wireless router so that whenever I'm over there I'll have fast internet again. >.>

snogs hope she starts feeling better soon!!

ah the cable company that shant be named---last time I had a service interuption (last month) I called and whilst talking about the fact that every other month I get a service interuption--the cs *&$% hung up on me! yeah great customer service.
not that there is much to watch on tv anymore anyways----
(spent most of the weekend while I was awake watching star wars--can repeat most of it now----)

oy....cooler weather--tomorrow the power wash the 'decks' (should be replaced not washed, but alas my condo assesss have stupid priorites)....perhaps they fall apart whilst being washed-----

I watched Star Wars this weekend too cosy! And some other shows but a lot of Star Wars. When I did have Comcast we did get service interruptions sometimes but not usually. And we have had their CS "accidentally" disconnect from us. But really I would take them over what I have for internet right now.

Hope your wife starts feeling better soon snog.

I am lucky enough to NOT have my internet with them...I am not that stupid (and we have other choices here for internet--LOTS of other and BETTER choices). I learned my lesson with my 2nd to last internet company (they went bankrupt!) ....never to have all my services in one place--though back then there was no phone service with your internet available...but still.
so no, my internet--while flakey at times--is still tons better than the cable company's offereings, and I KNOW my reps name (and he knows me, oh boy, I have talked his ear off when we first moved over)....and he knows when I call that there must be something wrong--he takes care of it quickly and then RETURNS MY CALL PERSONALLY...cant get that from the dumb cable idiots.

ah lets move onto a less....annoying subject.....
everyone enjoying the cooler temps????

What are the better choices that you have available cosy? Cause my choices were pretty lackluster to be completely honest. And I have found if you bundle stuff, it is a bit cheaper. Thus why I try to go with the same company if at all possible.

Enjoying the cooler temps? You better believe I am! So freaking nice!

I have dsl not cable internet. More choices there (and some are quite expensive--my last one was horrible, which is one of the reasons I changed as well as the lack of cs).
bundling may be cheaper---but if your internet goes out, you have no computer, no tv and no landline--(I still dont have a cell phone so this does matter to me)....here if my cable goes out (about every 6 weeks)...I still can use my computer and my phone.

I dont even have my long distance with the same company as my reg phone (or hubby's cell--which is paid by his company).

now insurance I have bundled--car, renters, etc....and we get advantages to that. but medias? nope.

I have DSL as well and the only DSL company, at least as far as I could find, in the area was AT&T. Not a huge fan of them but I think I might have fixed the problem. I believe the filter-splitter I had on it was dying so it was choking my speeds and causing my internet to timeout. Speedtested my internet last night with the filter: down 1.3, up .512. Up was right, down was way off. Took the filter off and retested: down 5.11, up .63. So I think it was the filter. We will see today I guess.

I bundled my car and renters insurance as well. Went through Geico. Was the cheapest for car.
